ADDCOM Contact Solutions
In July 2003, ADDCOM Contact Solutions (ACS) acquired the recorder business from Thales Contact Solutions. Having operated in Australia since 1961, a vast database was amassed with strong connections established in the recording and related application markets especially in Contact Centres, Public Safety, Financial Sector and Air Traffic Control making them a leading supplier of specialised voice recording and replay.
ACS Management and staff have a combined experience in the recording business of around 40 years. Laurence Solvyns is the National Recorder Manager and has many years experience and has watch the recording industry grow and change dramatically in that time.
Reseller
ACS work through a network of Australia’s largest telecommunications resellers. ACS provides Sales and Technical support to these resellers. As well to ensure that all staff that work with the ACS recording solutions are fully trained. ACS regularly conducts both Sales and Technical training courses for reseller staff.
Corporate
The reliability and level of customer satisfaction is made crystal clear considering ACS still maintains and works closely with numerous customers that originally purchased a recording solution many years ago from Thales. ACS has supported these customers through maintenance, upgrades, relocations and has seen many companies grow in size and redesigned a recording solution every step of the way.
Development
ACS works very closely with its supplier Cybertech International to provide new and innovative recording solutions. In recent years ACS has recognized a gap in the market place, for smaller companies that require fewer people recorded but still need reliable, redundant recording solution. ACS can now cater for smaller extensions to national multi site companies. The introduction of VoIP systems has changed the way PABX systems work. ACS has ensured that it sales and technical staff are at the cutting edge of this new technologies.
Technical Support
ACS have major sales offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Technical support is provided from Sydney and Melbourne offices. Australia wide support is provided through certified third party technical staff, remote access and technical staff ready to travel at short notice. ACS also offers a 24 hour Emergency 3 hour response support.
ACS technical support staff is made up of 3 people in Sydney, 2 people in Melbourne, 1 person in Brisbane. In other states, ACS uses certified sub contractors. Both ACS staff and sub contractors are fully trained by the factory with periodical additional training.
